Photographic Services - Fee Structure for events

Rate Per Hour                                   - R350
Half-day Rate                                    - R2000
Full Day Rate                                    - R3500

* Fees can be negotiated for events over a number of days

* Travel, accommodation and set up costs are passed on to the client at cost.

* Cancellation Fees: Any commission that is cancelled at short notice (3 days or less notice) will incur a 50% cancellation fee. A commission that is cancelled on the day of the shoot will incur a 100% cancellation fee

Up to Half Page         - R 600
Full Page                  - R 750
Front / Back Page     - R 1000

Magazines
Quarter Page              - R 450   
Half Page                   - R 600   
Full Page                   - R 900

* Photographic rates are based on single use
* Monsoon Media maintains the right to use any images produced for its clients to promote the business of Monsoon Media and to resell any generic images.
* Images may not be manipulated in any way without the prior consent of Monsoon Media
* Non-exclusive ordered images which are commissioned must be paid for whether published or not.
* Images may not be archived or stored in any database, physical or electronic storage system or image library without the express permission in writing of Monsoon Media
* Copyright © of all images remains with Monsoon Media and its associated companies unless otherwise negotiated
* Travel & accommodation costs are borne by commissioning client.
* Organisation of photographic shoot is responsibility of commissioning client. 
* All published images must be accompanied by the following photo credit/by-line "Monsoon Media"  
* Images published without an appropriate photo credit/by-line will be charged at normal rate + 50%
* All images supplied to the commissioning client may be used for any purpose by the client. 
* The client accepts full liability for all uses and indemnifies Monsoon Media against all claims for improper, illegal or outrages uses of original images sourced by Monsoon Media.

Except as otherwise provided herein, Monsoon Media gives no rights and makes no warranties with regard to the use of names, trademarks, logos, registered, unregistered or copyrighted designs or works of art depicted in any Image(s). Unless otherwise agreed in writing, no model, property, team logo, trademark or other releases are delivered by Monsoon Media  in connection with the delivery of Image(s) hereunder. As to any release delivered with an Image(s), Monsoon Media  makes no representation, warranty or guarantee as to its sufficiency with regard to any intended use of the Image(s). You, the client, bears the responsibility of obtaining all necessary model, property, team logo, trademark and other releases, approvals and clearances from third parties prior to using the Image(s).
